Flames Of The Holy Spirit

Last week we learnt about Pentecost. Pentecost is a very important time of the year for Christians. Its was when the disciples were praying and the holy spirit came upon them.  There were flames above there heads and they could talk all different languages. The holy spirit made them talk all different languages so they could tell the rest of the world about Jesus and the wonderful miracles he did. For our create task we had a choice to do either a collage, play or drama some Art about Pentecost or a poem/song about it. I chose to do Pentecost Art. I drew a dove the put flames in 3D pattern around it with blue sky's. Now it is being displayed in the school office at the front desk. Coronavirus

Hi my name is Caoimhe and it's 2020. 2020 was when
coronavirus hit the world. Coronavirus or (covid 19) is a
virus just like the flu and its infected almost 5 million
people but not as much as the spanish flu it infected over
50 million. Sadly over 300k have died but 1.69 million people
have recovered and are back to full health. When
coronavirus hit the world most countries went into
lockdown or quarantine. That is when you have to stay
home, not see anyone except family and only go out for walks and to the supermarket but you have to stay 2
meters apart from people. 

My maths week eight

For our maths this week we are learning how to round numbers to
1000, 100 and 10. You could do a screencastify or a poster. It shows
you the strategies I used and some examples you can do in your spare time.
