Last week we learnt about Pentecost. Pentecost is a very important time of the year for Christians. Its was when the disciples were praying and the holy spirit came upon them. There were flames above there heads and they could talk all different languages. The holy spirit made them talk all different languages so they could tell the rest of the world about Jesus and the wonderful miracles he did. For our create task we had a choice to do either a collage, play or drama some Art about Pentecost or a poem/song about it. I chose to do Pentecost Art. I drew a dove the put flames in 3D pattern around it with blue sky's. Now it is being displayed in the school office at the front desk. Hi Caoimhe, I love the poster, it looks like a professional artist drew and coloured it. You have explained your text really nicely and I really like the title too. I have most defiantly not made an art piece like that but I hope I will be able to make something like your art piece.
